Shipping Policies
The production period for up to 10 pieces is 3 working days, counting from payment confirmation. For purchases over 10 units, please inquire via message. Attention: The order only goes into production after payment confirmation.
Receipt period = production period + postal shipping period
The order will be canceled after 2 days if payment is not made.
Delivery Policy
We use multiple delivery services, so receipt time may vary depending on the customer's region.
We recommend that you check the status of your order using the tracking code. If delivery is not completed, there will be two attempts afterwards. The product will be returned to the sender if delivery attempts fail. In this case, the buyer must bear the shipping costs.
Delivery and Reimbursement Policies
You can return purchased products up to 7 days after receipt, except personalized products that cannot be resold, as long as the items have all accessories, tags intact and no signs of use.
If the customer requests the exchange or return of the product voluntarily, and the product was sent correctly, they must bear the return shipping and shipping costs.
Reimbursement: Within 10 days, the refund request (due to return) will be sent to the credit card or current account with the same ownership. The amount will be made available in accordance with the rules of the card administrator or customer's bank.
